Ibex 24MTH Floorplan

The Ibex 24MTH has two entry doors, a 14 foot electric awning, one slideout, a front end pass-thru-storage, and a rear ramp door. One entry door is on the door side, toward the front of the RV. The other entry door is on the off door side toward the rear of the RV. The front entry door leads to a living area. The front of the living area has a sofa with a removeable table. A wardrobe and a nightstand are on either side of sofa. A 60 by 80 inch murphy bed is stored above the sofa. Overhead storage is above the Murph Bed storage. The off door side of the living room has a kitchen area. The kitchen area has a pantry, a refrigerator, and a counter top with a flip-up extension. The countertop has a sink and a stove, and overhead storage above it. The rear of the living area has a sliding door leading to the garage. The door side of the living area has a door to the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, sink with medicine cabinet above, linen storage, and a toilet. In the garage, stored on the door side wall, is a bed system that can be converted into a queen bed or double bunk beds. The ramp door forms the rear wall of the garage. An entry door can be found in the rear off-door side corner. The front door side corner has a storage cabinet.

At just under 30’, this RV with a garage can be used for a variety of needs and travel itineraries. Up front is a 60” x 80” residential size queen murphy bed that folds up to expose a couch. The middle of the unit features a capable kitchen area with a flip up countertop extension for extra food prep area, as well as a dry bath with both a linen closet and a sink! The rear is where the fun starts with a ramp that doubles as a party deck with railing.

GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating): – is the maximum permissible weight of the unit when fully loaded. It includes all weights, inclusive of all fluids, cargo, optional equipment and accessories. For safety and product performance do NOT exceed the GVWR.

GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) – is the maximum permissible weight, including cargo, fluids, optional equipment and accessories that can be safely supported by a combination of all axles.

UVW (Unloaded Vehicle Weight)*- is the typical weight of the unit as manufactured at the factory. It includes all weight at the unit’s axle(s) and tongue or pin and LP Gas. The UVW does not include cargo, fresh potable water, additional optional equipment or dealer installed accessories.

CCC (Cargo Carrying Capacity)** - is the amount of weight available for fresh potable water, cargo, additional optional equipment and accessories. CCC is equal to GVWR minus UVW. Available CCC should accommodate fresh potable water (8.3 lbs per gallon). Before filling the fresh water tank, empty the black and gray tanks to provide for more cargo capacity.

Each Forest River RV is weighed at the manufacturing facility prior to shipping. A label identifying the unloaded vehicle weight of the actual unit and the cargo carrying capacity is applied to every Forest River RV prior to leaving our facilities.

The load capacity of your unit is designated by weight, not by volume, so you cannot necessarily use all available space when loading your unit.
